Calendar of EventsWe are excited to acknowledge and celebrate our successes together for 2024. The final days of this calendar year are fast approaching. This is a great time to review your production in preparation for your Top Achiever Membership.
Members will qualify with 8 separate transactions and with a minimum requirement of $3 million dollars in closed escrows, however, if you have not met the dollar volume requirement you may still qualify if you have 12 total closed ends. Transactions shared with another agent count as 50%. Life Members who do not achieve $3 million dollars in sales or number of homes sold but wish to participate in all events and continue in the club, shall pay dues and be allowed use of the Top Achiever Club logo. The Honor Our Troops Committee is adding a new service to our menu. We want to provide a token gift to all new military & veteran home buyers. For as long as there are funds available, We want to provide a token gift to all active military & veteran home buyers when they purchase a home in El Dorado County. Even when the funds run out we want to send a thank you letter along with a list of veteran services available in El Dorado County.
We only ask that you, an EDCAR Member, complete this application after close of escrow. They do not have to use VA financing to qualify, nor do they have to “need it”.
