The El Dorado County Association of Realtors® is the next step in your journey to becoming a Realtor®, which as stated by the National Association of Realtors®, " The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics."
The El Dorado County Association of Realtors® and Metrolist Services Inc. require two different applications for membership. If you are going to be joining EDCAR and Metrolist, you will need both applications listed below. If you are joining just the Association, you will only need the EDCAR Application.
You're almost there! After your DRE license reflects that you have joined an office with a broker affiliation (or if you have broker's license) you may contact the El Dorado County Association of Realtors® to schedule an appointment and pay your fees.
Please Note - The Broker of Record of the office you are joining MUST be either a primary OR secondary member of EDCAR before you are able to join. Please check with your office manager or EDCAR to make sure the Broker of Record is a member.
