Director Candidate - Patti Babish

Like many I am a transplant to this county but have loved calling El Dorado County “home” since 2005. I am a constant supporter of our local mom and pop commerce and feel real estate is a huge piece to their success. Helping locals and new commers be mindful of their importance is my passion as well as helping our youth. I am currently serving on the Board to Big Brother Big Sister and support many local youth teams and activities. I love this county and enjoy sharing that love with others. I am proud of the work the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS does to protect our county, educate its members and their efforts in providing resources for its members to be successful. It has been an honor to serve on the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS Board for the past 3 years and it would be a privilege to continue that work for our members!

Director Candidate - Margaret Holland

I am honored to be nominated to serve on the EDCAR Board of Directors and appreciate the opportunity. I love our community and am a member of The Women's Fund, American River Conservancy and The El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce as well as The El Dorado County Association of Realtors Top Achievers for the last 2 consecutive years. I moved to the area in 2005 from Elk Grove , CA when developers moved in. We were living on a farm and so thankful to be able to move back to country living in El Dorado County.
I began my Real Estate Career as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker in 2002. I obtained my Broker's License in 2009. I run a small Independent office and appreciate the support of all the agents and brokers in our community. I would be pleased to serve and work for your best interests and appreciate your vote very much.

Director Candidate - Norine Neyhouse

I was licensed in 1979 and began my career in Eastern Contra Costa County now known as the Delta Association of Realtors. While serving on several committees my most memorable one was CANTREE. It was the first year we built the tree at the nearby mall from cans donated by Realtors and their clients. In that same year I also joined the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and served on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees from 2005-2015.
After serving as an Assistant Manager for 2 years, I was hired as a Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s Castro Valley Office. In 2003 I was named Managing Broker of the Danville office and from 2006-2015 the Walnut Creek office. I am now manager for
Coldwell Banker in both the Placerville and El Dorado Hills offices
My husband Steve and I moved to El Dorado Hills in January 2016, and in the Fall of that year I became the Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker office in Placerville.
Currently, I serve on both the Grievance and Government Affairs committees for EDCAR and I have served as the Tour Director for EDCAR for 2018 & 2019.
I believe my length of time as a Realtor and Managing Broker, extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and desire to serve the members of this Association qualifies me for this position. I would be honored to serve as Director of EDCAR.

Director Candidate - Cindy Savage

My work in real estate began decades ago, first as an agent with great mentoring, when mortgage rates were a skyrocketing 12%, then as a broker, finally establishing my own independent brokerage in 2002. I am involved in all aspects of real estate including residential sales, property management, building, development, subdivision, commercial and rehab.
My passion extends beyond the desire to make lives better through real estate ownership. My goal is to create living spaces for strong community. Some of the ways I do this, beyond directly real estate related, include: serving on committees to benefit our community (such as the Blue Ribbon Committee, which explored a repurpose for the county courthouse),as well as the Measure L Committee (helping resolve deteriorating roads and sewer infrastructure for the City of Placerville); supporting youth through 4-H; and mentoring mothers with children who are working to rebuild their lives through the work of Hope House. Each of these activities share the stage with my love for real estate.

Affiliate Director - Tim Halverson

I have been in the residential mortgage lending business for 28 years. Have made El Dorado County my home since 1991, as well. After being in this industry for so many years, I still have such a huge passion for what I do. I’ve played many leadership roles in our industry, being a legislative chair of our local Sacramento Area Chapter for 9 years, Chapter President, and State Board of Directors for the California Association of Mortgage Professionals. I currently serve as President of the Rolling Hills Community Services District, and have been a part of that board since 2006. I have had the honor of serving as the golf committee co-chair and currently serve on the EDCAR Government Affairs Committee. I’m kind of a legislative junky. I really wanted to give back to EDCAR, and feel that taking on the role of Affiliate Director would be a great way to accomplish that. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with the EDCAR Board of Directors to continue the great work that has been ongoing within the organization.

Thank you!

All of the staff at the El Dorado County Association of Realtors® would like to thank each and every volunteer for serving on the Board. We know your time is valuable, and your contributions help us to continue our goal to provide opportunities to expand our members professional growth through knowledge, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. If you or someone you know is interested in serving on the Board of Directors please reach out to either myself at dwoodard@edcar.org, or any of the Executive Directors. You can also find information on our website www.edcar.org about serving on one of our committees; many of which offer opportunities to enhance not only your professional life, but make a difference in the community as well.

Devin Toler Woodard
