EDCAR COVID-19 / Coronavirus Protocol & Policy

Dear EDCAR Members,

I wanted to start this message off with a personal note. Many of you I have known for over a decade, and many of you I consider my friends. I truly hope you and your families are safe and healthy, and I know that we will get through this pandemic together. Our community in El Dorado County has never ceased to amaze me, and I have faith in our resilience and strength.
Please read the following message on our office policy during this time.

In order to comply with social distancing directives, and to pre-emptively prepare for any shelter in place orders due to COVID-19, EDCAR is encouraging all staff to work from home as much as possible. Our office may not be staffed during this time, so all business inquiries should be directed to dwoodard@edcar.org. You may still call the Association at 530-676-0161, but access to calls may be limited.

We have worked with our tech department to establish a full remote workstation, and should still be able to provide you with a majority of your Association needs. Here is currently a list of the services we will still be providing remotely:

Agent Transfers / Box Transfers / Listing Transfers
General MetroList Admin Support
Supra Ekey Support and Activation
Supra Ekey Re-Authorization and Troubleshooting
New Agents and Membership Activation
Over the Phone training & Email Support
Association Payments and Membership Activation

Here is a list of services that will not be available during this time:

Sign Riders & Open House Materials
Real Estate Products
*Supra Ibox Purchases
In person Training Sessions
Committee Meetings & Gatherings

*If you are desperately in need of an Ibox during this time, you may contact dwoodard@edcar.org and we can see about scheduling an appointment to pick-up a box at the Association office, pending El Dorado County is not under a shelter in place directive.

Our staff will do our best during this difficult time to provide you with the highest level of service we can possibly provide in these circumstances. We hope that everyone is understanding, and realizes that unforeseen events may restrict or delay services that we would normally provide very quickly.

Be safe, and be well.

Sincerely,

Devin Woodard
EDCAR CEO
